"Evita" is a 1996 musical drama film based on Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical of the same name about Eva Perón. The plot portrays the life of Eva Duarte from a child of the lower classes to becoming the wife of Juan Perón and First Lady and spiritual leader of Argentina. It starred Antonio Banderas, Jonathan Pryce and Madonna who played the part as Evita.
